When you open an account, we will ask your name, address, date of birth, and other personal information that will allow us to identify you. In order to make the account opening process quick and smooth, you’ll want to gather this information for yourself and any joint applicants:

• Valid Social Security Number
• Date of Birth
• Current address
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Valid identification information (including number, issue date, and expiration date)

If you would like to add any beneficiaries to your account(s) at this time, you’ll also need the following information regarding those beneficiaries:

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Current address
