At our sole discretion, we authorize and pay overdrafts for transactions including the use of checks, other transactions made using a checking account number, and automatic bill payments. We do not authorize and pay overdrafts for ATM transactions or debit card transaction unless you ask us to. We charge a $29.00 fee for each transaction that overdrafts your account. An overdraft occurs when the available balance of funds in your account is less than the amount to cover the transaction. There is no limit to how many overdraft fees you can be assessed. If your account is overdrawn more than 7 consecutive days, we charge an additional fee of $29.00.
