For Start Young applicants 17 and under, parent or guardian must complete the eligibility section on behalf of the minor and apply as a co-applicant.

Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open a new account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.

As with all credit unions, people qualify by sharing a unifying common bond.
