15 Month Flex Rate CD
APY=Annual Percentage Yield. The dividend rate on your 15-month Flex Certificate of Deposit (“Flex CD”) has a
variable dividend rate that is set each calendar quarter. The dividend rate is determined by adding .15% to the
3-month Treasury Bill rate on the 20th calendar day of the last month of each quarter. The APY shall not exceed 4.5% nor drop below 2.0% for the term of the certificate of deposit. The new dividend rate will be effective at the beginning each quarter (Jan. 1, April 1, July 1, Oct. 1) until maturity. The current dividend rate is 4.41% with an APY of 4.50% and is effective July 1, 2023 through October 30, 2023.
