Important Information about Funding Your New Account

During the account opening process, you can fund up to $100 from an external account (an account at another financial institution) to fund your new Andrews Federal savings, checking or money market account (up to a maximum of $200). Funding is not available for Share Certificates at the time of account opening.

For any account that has a minimum opening requirement larger than these funding limits, you will have ten (10) calendar days in which to fund your account. Failure to fully fund the account within these ten (10) days will result in the account being closed and any funds transferred to your Base Share Savings account

To move additional funds into your new account, you can:

Request a transfer in Digital Banking once the initial deposit has been processed

Send money from your other financial institution to your new Andrews Federal account

Visit one of our branch locations to deposit funds

Deposit funds via the Shared Branch Network
